Lack of staff in the early evening, no one answering reception phone. Bathroom quite small for the overall room size.

The staff, ambience and facilities really make you feel like O on Kloof is an experience in itself rather than just a place to stay during your holiday. A very personalised and intimate destination, and perfect for ourselves as a honeymoon couple.

We had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine care. The staff, especially Patricia, went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The facilities, such as the spa and indoor pool, were conveniently located within the hotel. We also loved the added touch of having a private Jacuzzi in our room. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. the hotel had a beautiful pool which was well-maintained and warmed all the time.
The hotel did not offer any extras and amenities during the stay, which was a bit disappointing. There was no option to have late-night food, and the gym was not adequate enough to cater to all guests.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing service of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and even offered us a welcome drink upon our arrival. The breakfast each morning was absolutely heavenly, and they even prepared a separate one for us to take with us on our early morning hike. The room was spacious and had a LOVELY private area for dining. The staff treated us like family and made our stay incredibly comfortable. The in-house spa, gym, and indoor pool were also a fantastic bonus, and we enjoyed relaxing in the private Jacuzzi. our stay was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping service and amenities. We can't wait to return someday.
